Following a day-long trial at Norwich Crown Court, James Hanman successfully defended his client facing two charges against emergency workers.
The case stemmed from the police attending an address to deal with a non-crime domestic matter. Whilst there, the police engaged with the defendant in this case, and both officers alleged to have been assaulted by the defendant, kicking and biting them, respectively.
After only 45 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned not guilty verdicts for the defendant.
