We are committed to challenging and dismantling structural racism within our practice, policies, and procedures by taking positive and active steps to ensure we deal with any racism within our company.

- Completing Race Equality Audits.
- Design and implement positive action measures to include improving our recruitment process to attract talent in our profession from all backgrounds regardless of background, age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation. To regularly review all employment procedures to ensure that no staff are treated differently to others.
- Produce and publish an anti-racist statement for members of Chambers and the public.
Our Head of Chambers, Equality and Diversity officer and senior members of Chambers will lead these practises to ensure we are fully compliant.
