Tamarin Hepple persuaded Nottingham Magistrates’ Court to suspend a custodial sentence after advancing submissions on the defendant’s personal mitigation and rehabilitation.
The offence was categorised as Category A1, carrying an 18-month custodial starting point.
Despite the Defendant’s previous convictions, he received a suspended sentence.
