Millennium Chambers is pleased to highlight a recent case in which Kira Chana was instructed, which has attracted national media coverage.
The case concerned the attempted rape of a lone vulnerable woman near Buckingham Palace during the early hours of the morning, where three off-duty soldiers intervened.
During the proceedings, the sentencing judge criticised aspects of the police investigation, observing that the public “would be appalled to hear of such laxity.”
