Anwar Ramzan represented our client, MM, who faced allegations of Aggravated Burglary whilst being in possession of a firearm and a knife; charges which carry a maximum life sentence. It was alleged MM forced entry into a private residence, along with others, with intent to steal/commit robbery whilst in possession of weapons.
After a six week Trial at Basildon Crown Court, Anwar’s client was found not guilty on all charges.
