Justin Hughston-Roberts, assisted by pupil barrister Sami Jan, successfully defended a man in his late 60s accused of an historic sexual assault.
Following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court, the jury retired for just 22 minutes before returning unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts.
