Millennium Chambers is pleased to report a successful outcome secured by Michael Magarian KC, leading Shina Animashaun, following a murder trial in Manchester.
During the prosecution case, the Crown’s case encountered difficulties in cross-examination. At the conclusion of the prosecution case, the murder allegation was dropped following the acceptance of pleas to manslaughter and violent disorder.
The defendant was subsequently sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment. Other members of the group had received life sentences following a previous trial.
